These terms apply to your use of hopchain.io ("Hopchain"), operated by Copperleaf LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using Hopchain you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Hopchain is
Hopchain is a free tool that displays publicly available blockchain data and information from third-party sources. It has no accounts and never asks you to connect a wallet or sign anything. It is not investment, tax, legal or security advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell, send or hold anything. A result with no warnings is never a guarantee that an address or a person is safe.
No warranty
Hopchain is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Blockchain data comes from third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, accurate or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copperleaf LLC and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Hopchain. This includes financial loss from decisions you make based on information shown on the site. You use Hopchain at your own risk.
Third-party data, labels and links
Names and labels of addresses, and markers for scam, phishing or exploit related addresses, come from public lists and reports compiled by others. They are statements of those sources, not our own findings, and we do not verify each one individually. A missing marker does not mean an address is safe. If you believe a label or marker is wrong, or you want an entry reviewed or removed, email info@hopchain.io and include the address in question. Hopchain also links to third-party sites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
Acceptable use
Please use Hopchain reasonably. Do not circumvent rate limits or other technical protections, do not run automated requests beyond what a normal visitor would make, do not attack, probe or overload the service, and do not use it to harass anyone or for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access that harms the service or other users.
Intellectual property
The Hopchain site, its text, design and code belong to Copperleaf LLC or its licensors. Blockchain data is public. Names and logos of third parties belong to their owners, and Hopchain is not affiliated with them unless stated.
Changes
We may change, suspend or end the service, and update these terms, at any time. If you keep using Hopchain after a change, you accept the updated terms. Last updated: October 2026.
